Miami in full Bloom

As an artist, this piece means a lot to me. I wanted to create a big, detailed map that shows the beauty of Miami—from the quiet canals of Weston and the busy streets of Fort Lauderdale, all the way down to the fruit farms of Homestead.

I painted it in a nostalgic style, using soft pink tones and warm details to reflect the feeling of the city I love. I took time to highlight some of Miami’s most beautiful and iconic buildings, especially those that have been part of its story from the very beginning.

Everything started by hand—first with a pencil sketch, then layered with gentle watercolors—to capture every little corner that makes this place feel like home.

It’s a map filled with love and memories. A way to remember where your heart lives—or a place you dream of returning to.
