Virgin of Guadalupe Color
This piece is a hand-drawn image of the Virgin of Guadalupe, created first in pencil and then delicately finished with watercolor. The combination of raw pencil lines and soft washes of color gives it intimacy , making it feel both timeless and relatable.
I created it with the desire to bring religious images back into our homes, just as our parents and grandparents once displayed them with devotion. By transforming these drawings into fine art prints, I hope to make them accessible again—symbols of faith that can be cherished in today’s homes.
The Virgin of Guadalupe stands surrounded by delicate botanical touches, her presence radiating peace and protection. This artwork; it is meant to inspire reflection, connection, and a return to placing faith at the heart of our daily lives.
